My first night in Benecia and I felt like Indian food. Kahinoor hit the spot. It's in a small shopping center, next to an ice cream shop. Parking is super easy. I walked in and was immediately greeted with a smile and sat at a nice booth at the front window. The dining room is decorated in dark wood tones with an Indian touch. Comfy and kinda classy. I ordered chicken vindaloo, goat dum bryani, vegetable pakora and garlic naan. All medium spice level. The chicken vindaloo had tender chunks of chicken in a nice red sauce. Good. The bryani was baked in a pot with a pastry top. The goat was tender and tasty. Overall a good dish. My favorite was actually the vegetable pakora. Alot of tender veggies in a creamy curry sauce. So good. I dipped the naan in the sauce over and over. I think everything was made fresh, so expect a little wait time. The staff was very nice and attentive. The only thing I didn't like was that the water from their pitcher had white pieces floating around in it. I think it was scale off of the ice cubes. Kinda gross. Otherwise the meal was great. I was stuffed. Took the leftovers home. Kahinoor is a nice relaxing spot for some very good homemade tasting Indian food. If I lived in the area, I'd be coming back for sure.

I ordered the butter chicken melt and the loaded masala fries. Both had huge portions for the price and were delicious. Definitely worth trying!

Love this place. Delicious food, and the kindest staff. Anything on the menu has been superb! I'm a fan of the paneer dishes myself, specifically.

We've been here twice now and it is our new favorite spot. The food is such good quality and so delicious. The staff is welcoming and friendly and it's a calming environment. Wish we could come more often.

Hands down, the best Indian food we've had in the Bay Area! We tried the Lamb Tikka Masala, Paneer Tikka Masala, garlic naan, and goat cheese naan, and every bite was absolutely delicious. Although we live about 30 minutes away, this place is definitely worth the drive, and we'll be coming back often. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the restaurant itself was spotless. Highly recommend!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and felt very welcomed! It just got better from there, as the gentleman very attentively took my order and checked on me multiple times to ensure I enjoyed my appetizer and that my water was refilled promptly. I started with the cream of spinach soup which was topped with a buttery cream finish and had a robust amount of spinach without overpowering the soup. The main course was the paneer tikka masala which I ordered at medium level heat and it was the perfect amount of heat without being painful or too spicy. The chunks of paneer cheese were firm and seasoned perfectly, a nice bite and generously portioned in the dish. I can't wait to come back soon, for the extraordinary service and food! Highly recommend if you have a discerning palate for Indian cuisine! The prices are incredibly reasonable given the high quality of the food and the dining experience.

Delicious food! So savory and flavorful. I placed a takeout order and it was packaged perfectly. My sister and I enjoyed our meal so much, she went back the next day. Can't wait to dine here again. What a great find!

I had the best experience at Kohinoor ! The food was absolutely delicious, full of rich flavors, and perfectly spiced. I was especially happy to see that they offer vegan options, which was a huge plus for me. Everything I tried was fresh and made with care--each bite was packed with flavor! The service was also great; the staff was friendly and welcoming, music was awesome making the whole dining experience even better! Back again and still really great! Service great again too! Loved the February Special Nachos! Very creative and delicious. Butter chicken and Saag Paneer had great depth of flavors and so creamy and good! Will be back!

Definitely the best Indian restaurant in Benicia! We ordered the garlic naan, loaded chicken fries, chicken tiki masala, samosas, and couple of beers. Everything was absolutely delicious and mouth watering. The staff are very friendly and make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order, great communicators. The inside is spotlessly clean and the vibe is relaxing. We will definitely be coming back again and again.
